vespa

the other morning, i was sitting on the back of a vespa with one arm holding onto a fresh baguette, the other holding on to g as we zoomed through the cobble-stoned streets of the city of lovers, and i thought: this is paris. there's no other way to explore this wonderful city. the vespa is a metaphor. paris is a metaphor. and in those metaphors, you will find love.

Vespa is cool.
Bondy, how is it to drive on the right hand side of the road?

i was going to make an entry about that. i've become an automaton mum - it feels so unusual to even think about riding on the left now. in berlin, and here in paris, i ride a bike every single day, so it's natural. i reckon it took a week before it became normal, and now it's the only way to fly :)

Do you ever want to work again?

Back at work 2 days after my wonderful Italian holiday and cruise with 2600 gay boys on a Mediterranean cruise...

I want 4-course meals, chatter, dancing and great cultural cities again!

How lucky you are to be in the world's most beautiful city with the beautiful man of your dreams.

It's always been poofterised! I'm in touch with my poofter side!

I just had a vision of you both facing each other in front of the Eiffel Tower singing of your fortune...

I won't do another cruise for some time...fantastic time but just a little too guiltily comfortable. I like a bit of a challenge...

Vespas are cool. Great Italian invention. I want one. But first the good French baguette!
